Sabercat gear is being sold once again. Cool tshirts, caps, mugs and much more is available. Purchases can be made online or in person in the school office with Liz or Cassie. You can either order online or turn in completed order forms to the office by October 31 with payment of either cash or check made out to Silver Oak School.

On October 18 at 10:18 a.m. Silver Oak will join millions of people worldwide to practice how to "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" during Great Shake Out Earthquake Drill. 2018 is the 10th Anniversary of ShakeOut, which began in southern California in 2008. Voters in Evergreen will have the chance to vote on a new parcel tax measure November 6, Measure EE. Proceeds from this measure will be used to support hands-on science, technology, and math instruction, low class sizes, teacher quality and training, arts, music and libraries and ensuring adequate student supervision and safety. Remember, you need to be registered in order to vote. Note, the deadline to register online is Monday, October 22, with the deadline for registering to vote by mail also October 22.
